Delivery Information

Standard Home Delivery

Our Standard Home Delivery service includes delivery to the front door of your house or building.

  • Orders over £100Free Delivery

  • Orders under £100£5 delivery charge
    (Applicable to Home Accessories only)

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will usually schedule delivery within 2 working days and contact you directly with your delivery date and tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, adverse weather, or unforeseen courier delays. These are outside our control, but we will always help track and resolve any issues.


Express Delivery

Express delivery depends on stock availability and manufacturer lead times.

Our customer service hours are:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9am – 5pm GMT

  • Sunday: 11am – 4pm GMT

We will do our best to meet your delivery requirements and confirm availability before you place your order.


Furniture Delivery

Our White Glove Delivery is a premium service for furniture and large items.
It includes:

  • Delivery to your chosen room of placement

  • Careful unpacking and positioning

  • Assembly and installation (if required)

  • Removal of all packaging materials

After dispatch, you will receive a text, email, or phone call from our delivery partner to arrange a convenient delivery slot.
White Glove deliveries are typically arranged 8–15 days after dispatch.

For remote areas, delivery slots may only be available on specific weekdays.
Please ensure you provide a valid mobile phone number when placing your order so our couriers can contact you directly. If you do not have a mobile, they will contact you by phone.


Clearance Items

Our Clearance collection offers ex-display and discounted items at exceptional value.

  • Clearance items are available for local delivery or collection only.

  • If you require delivery outside our local Lincolnshire area, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a delivery quote.

Please note: Clearance items are sold as described and may show minor signs of wear. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


International Delivery

We are happy to ship internationally.

  • Orders under £100 (small accessories): Flat rate £50 GBP

  • Furniture or large items: A custom delivery quote will be provided prior to order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery charges.

  • We will assist with documentation where possible, but we are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Order Tracking

Our delivery times begin once your order has been processed and released for dispatch.
During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.
You can also check your order status anytime by visiting “My Orders” in your account.

If your delivery appears delayed or you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us — we’re always happy to assist.
