Standard Home Delivery

Includes delivery service to front door of house/building.

Orders over £100 are free, orders under £100 are £5.

The carrier should automatically schedule delivery for 2 working days after dispatch and advise you of the delivery date directly

The day before your scheduled delivery, you should receive a 2 hour time slot

Express Delivery

Express delivery is dependant on stock availability and manufacturer latency.

Our contact hours are: Weekdays and Saturday 9am–5:30pm GMT, Sunday 11am–4pm.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery is our premium delivery service for furniture items. It includes delivery to the room in which you need your item located, careful placement, assembly and installation, plus removal of any packaging. Contact us for more information if you require this service.

You will receive a text message, an e-mail or a phone call from the delivery company to confirm your delivery slot in advance. Delivery slots will be made available 8-15 days after the dispatch date.

For remote areas, delivery slots may be limited to specific weekdays. Stevensons has no influence on the availability of delivery slots. Please provide a mobile phone number when you enter your contact details as the delivery company will keep you updated by text message. In case you do not have a mobile number, you will receive a call from our white glove courier company

Clearance

Take advantage of our stunning products at a lower cost with our discounted ex-display items.

All clearance items are for local delivery or collection. 

If you require delivery outside of our local area within Lincolnshire, please contact us before placing your order and we can arrange this.

International Delivery

Orders less than £100 placed from outside the UK are a flat rate of £20 GBP.

For furniture and larger items we will first need to obtain an international shipping quote from our delivery partners. Please speak to an expert on +44 1472 233111, or email concierge@stevensonsgroup.co.uk.

Please be aware that international delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery.

How to track your order

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is processed and released for dispatch. Please note, this can take longer during our sale.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

Returns

Standard Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch to arrange a free return, you must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your item. If your item is not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return and it will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at concierge@stevensonsgroup.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of returning your item will be deducted from your refund. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

You can return an online item for an exchange, excluding made-to-order furniture. If we don’t have the item you want in stock, we will process a refund instead.

Receiving a refund

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund, but please give us 7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. Once your refund has been approved and we have received your items, a refund will be issued to the same card used at the time of purchase. After this, it may take up to another 7 days for the money to be refunded back to your original payment method, this time may vary depending on your bank.

Please allow extra time for refunds to process during our busier times of the year, such as Christmas and public holidays.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can make changes to your order only BEFORE it has been processed and/or fulfilled. If you'd like to make a change to your order, contact our Customer Care team on +44 1472 233111 or email concierge@stevensonsgroup.co.uk.

Custom made items (Wiemann,Wedgewood, Cattelan Italia) will incur a 15% restock charge and 50% charge for custom additional extras if cancelled AFTER the items are processed to production stage in the factory. The same charge will apply if the items do not fit into the property as a result of wrong measurements by the customer. This is a restocking charge to the factory as the items are made to order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items delivered via our white glove delivery service are exempt unless damaged upon delivery. Such items are inspected upon delivery by yourself and our courier, and then signed for to confirm you are happy with your item at the time of delivery.

Sale items and gift cards are also exempt.

Price Match Promise

We check our prices regularly against other retailers to ensure that they are highly competitive. However, if you see an identical item cheaper on another site, please let us know and we’ll be happy to match that price for you.

Dispatch

Dispatch is when we ship the item to our delivery partners who handle final delivery.

Delivery should happen within 1 working day of dispatch for mainland UK (and up to 14 days for Offshore, Highlands and Islands).

The Bermuda II Sliding Wardrobe in Glass Pebble Grey W300 H217 D67 cm

The Bermuda offers plenty of style and choice, available in five carcase finishes - white, pebble grey, graphite, rustic oak, or dark rustic oak, which can be combined with mirrors and white, pebble grey or graphite glass panels. There are four sizes of two door sliding robes from 150 to 300 cm and hinged doors ranging from a single 50cm width to a three metre six door set.

Included frame adds 10 cm to the width, and 4 cm to the height.
