Delivery Information

Standard Home Delivery

Our Standard Home Delivery service includes delivery to the front door of your house or building.

Orders over £100 – Free Delivery (Applicable to Home Accessories only
Orders under £100 – £5 or more delivery charge
(Applicable to Home Accessories only)

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will usually schedule delivery within 2 working days and contact you directly with your delivery date and tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, adverse weather, or unforeseen courier delays. These are outside our control, but we will always help track and resolve any issues.

Express Delivery

Express delivery depends on stock availability and manufacturer lead times.

Furniture Delivery

Our White Glove Delivery is a premium service for furniture and large items.
It includes:

Delivery to your chosen room of placement
Careful unpacking and positioning
Assembly and installation (if required)
Removal of all packaging materials

After dispatch, you will receive a text, email, or phone call from our delivery partner to arrange a convenient delivery slot.
White Glove deliveries are typically arranged 8–15 days after dispatch.

For remote areas, delivery slots may only be available on specific weekdays.
Please ensure you provide a valid mobile phone number when placing your order so our couriers can contact you directly. If you do not have a mobile, they will contact you by phone.

Clearance Items

Our Clearance collection offers ex-display and discounted items at exceptional value.

Clearance items are available for local delivery or collection only.
If you require delivery outside our local Lincolnshire area, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a delivery quote.

Please note: Clearance items are sold as described and may show minor signs of wear. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship internationally.

Orders under £100 (small accessories): Flat rate £50 GBP
Furniture or large items: A custom delivery quote will be provided prior to order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Our delivery times begin once your order has been processed and released for dispatch.
During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.
You can also check your order status anytime by visiting “My Orders” in your account.

If your delivery appears delayed or you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us — we’re always happy to assist.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery & Returns

Delivery options and timescales vary depending on the item, stock availability and your location. Larger furniture items may require specialist or white glove delivery.

For online purchases, you usually have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will help resolve this.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, it is not suitable, or you do not like it once received, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return. For larger items, collection, return haulage and disassembly costs may be deducted from your refund.

Some items, including bespoke, personalised, made-to-measure, hygiene-sensitive or specially ordered items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

In-store purchases may be subject to different returns terms.
